Fall at the Hall's

I know, I wear this hat way too much, but what can I say, then I don't have to do my hair... Since we didn't stay in Kanab I decided to take Talee on a date we went to the temple lighting ceremony and to Target to let her pick out Dayson's Christmas present. We had a lot of fun.
This was the only picture I have of Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving was kind of a bummer. We had planned on spending the whole weekend in Kanab, but Mike ended up getting the stomach flu and staying home, so the kids and I just went out for the day.
This year Mike and I have been married 12 years. We had planned on staying home and keeping it simple for our anniversary since we have a baby, but we got offered free BYU tickets. We decided to take them since the game was on the same weekend as our anniversary and Hurricane's state football game. Cooper rode up to state with Uncle Daryl and Grandpa Billy. Mike and I took Tucker to Aunt Diana's house where he was loved and taken great care of. The Hurricane game was amazing! They won and it was so much fun! The snow was awesome! The next night Mike and I again took Tucker to Diana's house to be loved by the Harmon family while we went to the BYU game. Our seats were amazing, but it was so so cold!!! We called Di at half time and Tucker was kind of fussy, so we decided to leave early. This started quite the adventure where we ended up walking a couple of miles before finding a taxi to take us to our van at the mall. I thought it was hilarious, Mike was less than thrilled. Tucker was kind of fussy the whole weekend so it kind of put a damper on things, but it was still a fun experience.
This was us on the bus on our way to the game.

His stance is awesome!

My kids have all been super busy this fall. Before Cooper's football was over all four of them had something every Wednesday. Now Dayson's wrestling has come to an end too, but I wanted to post a picture of him. Paul's son Karter and Dace were both in wrestling for the first time this year. Paul was awesome helping out these two wild boys. They loved to kick, hit, fight each other most of the time, but they had fun!

Halloween 2011

A few days before Halloween IHop was offering free scary pancakes for kids. I thought my whole family would have a blast doing this, but apparently Coop and Trey are getting old because they wanted to stay home and play with friends, so I took Talee and Dayson over and let them get their pancakes. They thought it was super fun.

Misty and I took our kids that aren't in school to the library for story time and a Halloween parade. They had a good time and got to make balloon spiders.
Dayson was so cute with Talee. After I got her dressed he told her she looked beautiful.
Me and Tucker were very quick getting ready. I had such a short time to get ready I even asked Dayson to try to put T's costume on him. Sad, I know, but you got to do what you got to do. I figured he was already crying what else could happen.
My kiddos Halloween night. T's whiskers didn't last very long. After nursing and sucking his fingers they were gone pretty quick.
The week before Halloween we went and got pumpkins for family night. I am kind of a lazy Halloween mom, it's not my favorite holiday. Instead of carving and gutting five kids pumpkins I chose to use these poke-in-faces. Cooper had to add some horns to his pumpkin, hmmm, I don't know why...
Treyden always chooses the biggest pumpkin he can. When we were at the store they had to bring out a bathroom scale to even weigh the thing because it was too big for their weight at the check stand. That is why his pumpkin's face has so many parts on it, oh yeah and why Tucker has nothing.
Dayson was very excited about his pumpkin. He loved it and was excited to use mostly green parts.
Talee had been sick. That is why she is looking kind of rough. We were pushing it just taking her out of the house to buy the pumpkins.
Tucker got whatever was left. He doesn't need a nose, right? It was funny when we went to buy the pumpkins all of the kids were more concerned what Tucker's pumpkin was going to be than what theirs was. Mike finally had to grab one and say, "this is Tucker's, now all of you choose your own." The boy is well loved by his brothers and sister.

Coop's last football game.

Coop is number one. This is the first year he has played. He has absolutely loved it! He played defense most of the year, which he really enjoys, but the last two games he played offense too. I can't believe he is old enough to play tackle football. Time flies, it has been a lot of fun to watch!

So, after the game we decided we didn't have anything else going on, so we wanted to have some fun as a family. We went to lunch and visited the Brigham Young Home. After that the kids were still being very good, so they convinced us to let them go to Anti gravity. Many of their cousins have been telling them how fun it was, so we tried it out. Dayson took this picture, it took about five tries to get us both semi-in-the-shot. Ha, love it!
This is Queen Talee having a blast in the princess bounce house. She had it to herself most of the time we were there. She loved it!
Tucker was not impressed. He slept the whole time.
Treyden played dodge ball almost the whole time. It is pretty cool, there are tons of trampolines even against the wall, so the kids go crazy. He was so sweaty by the time we were done.
Cooper and Dace had to try everything. This was a sling-shot-type thing. They all had so much fun. It was a great day. We were all super tired by the time we got home.
